Our core business is making sound investments! I was lucky to make some good contacts when researching plots of land for sale in the UK back in 2007. Everything went very smoothly purchasing my plot and I have since acted as a middle man helping other investors find plots of land for sale in the UK. In November 2009 I purchased this domain to list my findings/thoughts on land investment.

So why do I love land?

Well, after graduating university in 2005 I thought to myself waw I have lots of debt, no real assets, no career etc so what could I buy that would increase in value and help clear off some debt in a few years time!? After lots of research and a little white lie to the bank about my income I managed to buy a small plot of land outside London using a shiny new credit card or two! (Please note I then worked very hard to pay these off!)

So has the value of this land increased?

Well, yes it has! It is now on the market for three times the amount I paid and to be honest I would not like to sell it! I would say keep hold of any land you purchase/own for as long as you can afford to! History shows us that land will increase in value over time!
