If you have land you wish to sell there are factors to consider and pitfalls to avoid, there is also a trade-off between selling fast and getting a good price for the land, usually the longer you wait the more you will get for the land. Timing is vital for selling the land for the optimum price, if a land owner lowers the price of their land they will inevitably sell it faster!

Before land is sold it needs preparation much like a house does before it would be put on the market to be viewed by perspective property buyers.
