Planning permission

Land purchased via our website www.plotoflandforsale.org could be agricultural or forestry land or a mixture of both. Although you may apply for planning permission we do not imply in any way that permission for change of use will be granted.

Adding your land to our website

To add your land to our website please complete the following form (click here) and keep your eye open for our automated email. We can promote your land on our website and forward all enquiries it receives to you.

Selling your land via our website

Please note we do not deal with land registry forms or deeds. We recommend you have deeds checked out by a solicitor before you purchase a plot of land from a third party.

Buying land

Traditionally, the buyer / buyers of land are expected to establish any borders that are not bordered at the time of purchase and maintain them in the future. If a plot of land is advertised on our website it may also be advertised on a third party site. If this is the case then we can not guarantee that a plot has not already been sold.

Identity Check

Due to Land Registry rules all buyers will need to identify themselves. If you do not have a driving licence then a recent utility bill with your name and address on it and a copy of your passport with a clear photograph and name on it. Identity needs to be produced with each purchase.
